This single session provides a safe, guided space for you to gently connect with younger versions of yourself. Through a facilitated meditation with me, you’ll be supported in revisiting key childhood moments that are ready to be seen, felt, and healed.
Together, we create safety in your nervous system so you can meet your inner child with compassion rather than judgment. This experience allows you to process stored emotions, reparent unmet needs, and begin shifting long-held patterns at the root.
